Community Climate Action
Everyone is welcome to join us in taking climate action for a safe and livable future.

Many members of our community come from the council areas of Whitehorse and Boroondara and the state electorates of:

  • Kew which includes Kew, Kew East, Deepdene, Balwyn, Balwyn North and Canterbury.
  • Box Hill which includes Balwyn, Canterbury, Surrey Hills, Box Hill North, Box Hill, Blackburn North, Mont Albert North, Nunawading and Forest Hill.
  • Ashwood which includes , Glen Iris, Ashburton, Ashwood, Mount Waverley, Chadstone, and parts of Burwood.
  • Hawthorn which includes Hawthorn, Hawthorn East, Camberwell, Canterbury and Glen Iris.

Lighter Footprints acknowledges the leadership and custodianship of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin nations. We support climate action within the principles of climate justice, acknowledging that those who have contributed the least are the most impacted, particularly First Nations peoples and disadvantaged communities.
