ACF Boroondara and Lighter Footprints would like to invite you to a screening of Guarding The Galilee: a 30 minute documentary film that takes us inside the fight to stop Adani’s Carmichael coal mine.
Narrated by award-winning actor Michael Caton, the film features farmers, dive instructors and boat operators all concerned about the impacts Adani’s dirty mine would have on water resources, climate and the reef. Guarding The Galilee explores the impacts of this project and actions we can take to stop it.
After the film we’ll discuss what actions local people can take to make a difference to the campaign. Looking forward to seeing you for what promises to be a wonderful evening!
