Join us to hear expert analysis of the Federal election result and what it means for the climate and the climate movement. We will also consider what impact our campaign efforts have had on the election result and how best we can move forward.

Worldwide emissions continue to rise and each year is hotter than the last. Australia is at an energy cross-roads. This event will help us make sense of potential climate futures and potential opportunities to influence outcomes with our new Federal Parliament. Annika Reynolds is the National Climate Policy Advisor for the Australian Conservation Foundation, an experienced environmental campaigner and legal advocate for a climate just future, where our communities and ecosystems flourish. Annika’s CV includes lecturing at the Fenner School of Law, ANU, Climate Policy Advisor for Ember think tank, and Founder and CEO for GreenLaw.

Leigh Ewbank is the Acting Deputy Director at Solutions For Climate Australia, the advocacy arm of Climate Action Network Australia. Leigh is a seasoned climate campaigner who has been instrumental in developing national capaign strategy and organising grassroots organisations across Australia in the lead up to this Federal election.
