Reflections and Hopes from our Local State MPs
Location: Zoom and Facebook Live
Join us at 7:45pm to give a special thank you to long-serving Convenor Carolyn Ingvarson, before a personal discussion with our local State MPs on the year that was and the year to come at 8:15pm.
We look to our parliamentary representatives for leadership on climate and the environment. This month we've asked them to share with us their thoughts, feelings and ideas about the year that’s been - and also their hopes for the year to come.
The intention is not to highlight Party political positions nor to criticise them. Rather it is to offer our elected representatives a chance to talk more personally about their year, to share their own feelings, stories and hopes, and for us to share ours. It will be a very special event to have our leaders talking with us, and a chance to finish an exceptionally tough year on a positive note.

Lighter Footprints Thanks Carolyn 7:45pm
We have reserved time at the beginning of this meeting to do a special thank you to Carolyn Ingvarson, our founder and Convenor for over 14 years, who has decided to step down from her leadership role. Carolyn will stay involved with Lighter Footprints but in different and less all consuming ways! We also farewell Rob Brown who has been a longstanding committee member. Lastly we will take the opportunity to introduce our new committee and receive reports from some of our working groups. We hope you will join us to celebrate Carolyn’s contribution.
